Returns & Refunds Policy – Eirevita
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have up to 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be required to present a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will then send you instructions on how and where to send your return, depending on your location and inventory availability (within the UK, the EU, or internationally). Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or not accepted.
In accordance with UK and EU law, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs, taxes, or handling fees required by the shipping company or customs authorities.
Original shipping fees (including upgrades to express shipping) are non-refundable.

Damage & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Before Refund
To process any refund—whether due to dissatisfaction, wrong size, or other reasons—the item must first be returned to the correct logistics center, following the instructions provided by our customer service team.
No Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued before we receive and inspect the returned item. This applies to all refund requests, including cases where the customer chooses not to keep the product for any reason.
“Non-Compliance with Conditions” Clause
If an item is returned without following the correct instructions or without using the return address provided by our support team, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or not received.
Disclaimer on Incorrect Return Address:
Returns sent to any address other than the one provided by our team will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. This is because we cannot guarantee receipt or processing of items returned to an incorrect location.
Returns Lost or Sent to the Wrong Destination:
We are not responsible for returns that are lost, sent to the wrong destination, or refused by unauthorized facilities. Refunds will only be processed for items that arrive at the correct logistics center in accordance with our return instructions.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following product types cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

Customized or made-to-order items

Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics and hygiene products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, items purchased on sale (discounted) or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the existing item (after approval) and then place a new order for the desired item.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU)
If the order was shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As noted above, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Disclaimer on Non-Collection & Cancellation
By placing an order, the customer agrees to collect the package within the specified pickup window. If the package is not collected within this period and no prior written notice of order cancellation is provided, the order will be considered binding. In such cases, the full amount will be charged and not refunded. The seller is not obliged to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange for orders that are not collected or not cancelled.
The customer is also required to provide a valid mobile phone number at checkout to receive notification when the package is ready for pickup. Failure to receive or respond to such a notification does not exempt the customer from timely collection or related costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
