Shipping policy

The tracking code currently does not contain any usable information. How is that possible?

Tracking information becomes available as soon as the shipping company has received the package. Please note that there may be a delay, which can take up to several days.

Not sure where to find the tracking code? Please check the shipping confirmation email we sent you. It contains all the necessary information to track your order.

The estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 business days.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been confirmed, it will go through a brief preparation stage before being shipped from the logistics center closest to your location.

Delivery times depend on the courier’s schedule and your delivery address. In most cases, orders are delivered within 8–15 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g., customs processing, courier delays, or local holidays).

Your order will be delivered either directly to your residential address or, where applicable, to a designated pickup point. If delivery is made to a pickup point, the courier will provide you with instructions on how and when to collect your parcel.
